Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years in pricing strategy or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record improving margins and price realization.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience across multiple channels: wholesale, ecommerce, and DTC.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide pricing strategies for profitable growth and margins.
• Build pricing methodologies, guidelines, and approval processes.
• Analyze pricing factors and provide actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate profitability by customer, product, category, and channel.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations on pricing decisions.
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting on pricing effectiveness.
• Lead and develop pricing and sales implementation team.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Executive Leadership with data-driven insights.
