Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy to lead net price realization across its portfolio. You will guide pricing actions, develop consumer-backed recommendations, and partner with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to align on revenue growth initiatives.

You will also drive analytics, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to execute pricing strategies that optimize profitability and market position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business experience with pricing or trade strategy in FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize top- and bottom-line value.
• Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives with Commercial Planning, Marketing, and Sales.
• Present analyses and strategic direction to senior leadership and executives.
• Define pack pricing and opportunities for new product launches.
• Oversee KPI reporting and pricing performance metrics.
