Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in McLean, VA is seeking a Market Product Pricing Lead to design, structure, and operationalize pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for the Market Product portfolio across Cyber Defense, AI, Data, and Cloud solutions.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance and Executive Leadership to translate technical innovation into high-margin, commercially viable offerings and to build robust pricing models and tools for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product pricing, monetization strategy, product commercialization, or financial strategy within enterprise technology environments.
• Strong preference for Cyber Defense/Tech/PE/VC backgrounds or aerospace/defense contractors.
• Experience with enterprise CRMs (Dynamics preferred) and CPQ/Billing/ERP tools.
• Advanced financial modeling, market segmentation, and presenting to executives.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies across SaaS, usage-based, capacity-based, outcome-based, and hybrid models.
• Establish core product units, pricing metrics, tiers, bundles, add-ons, and expansion paths.
• Build data-driven pricing, margin, scenario, and business-case models to evaluate willingness-to-pay and market positioning.
• Go-to-market alignment with Product, Sales, Finance, and Contracts; develop sales enablement collateral for Enterprise customers.
• Provide input into pricing systems (Dynamics, Salesforce/Conga, Zuora, Oracle/SAP) for catalog integration.
