Job summary

Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead modernization and transformation of pricing and inventory functions within Revenue Management.

You will translate strategy into executable program plans, align cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end delivery with clear governance and risk mitigation. You will communicate status to executives, maintain documentation, and ensure scalable solutions aligned with Hertz’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Technology, or Engineering.
• 7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Experience with complex business processes and system integrations.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills across Commercial, IT, and vendor teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the quarterback by translating strategy into executable program plans and prioritized initiatives.
• Cultivate cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery with planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Create detailed implementation plans with deadlines, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Provide clear status reporting to leadership and maintain program documentation.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business needs.
