Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Planning & Investment Manager to translate financial and marketing data into clear insights, forecast investments, and drive EBITDA growth across paid media, eCommerce, CRM, and brand initiatives.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with Finance and Marketing leaders to optimize budgets and deliver executive-ready analyses from Atlanta. The position demands a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required, in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related area preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Finance, or a related field required.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial acumen, business judgment, and analytical skills.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and governance documentation.
• Ability to independently own complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and deliver complete, executive-ready work.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Synthesize marketing, financial, and performance data to support planning and ROI.
• Develop monthly forecasts, close-of-month reporting, and long-range plans across multiple marketing functions.
• Create executive-level reporting linking investments to outcomes and recommendations.
• Establish standardized evaluation frameworks for proposed marketing investments.
• Own and manage global marketing budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and optimization.
• Oversee marketing financial operations, including PO, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Improve financial processes, governance, and documentation for accuracy and accountability.
• Identify risks and opportunities, communicating mitigation plans to leadership.
• Provide regular updates on performance, outlook, risks, and recommended actions.
