Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director of US Pricing and Economics to drive pricing analytics and strategic insights across the US portfolio, focusing on ICV. The role leads pricing strategy development, supports pricing committee activities, and collaborates with Global MAx teams to optimize access and value.

Qualifications

• Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience; at least 3 years in pricing and reimbursement in US and/or WW pricing.
• Knowledge of, and expertise with, key pricing and reimbursement systems worldwide.
• Knowledge of the US healthcare system and reimbursement environment, market access customers and channels. Experience US pricing analytics.
• Strong knowledge of analytical and conceptual tools, and pricing market research techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing analytics and strategic insights for US Portfolio.
• Support US Pricing Committee preparations.
• Consolidate Brand Budget and LTFP Gross and Net Price projections for senior leadership.
• Develop and implement US pricing strategies with Global MAx teams.
