Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in managed-care pricing, contracting, market-access analytics or related commercial functions.
• Experience supporting cross-functional pricing and contracting initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical rigor and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of payer markets, contracts and terms.
• Knowledge of legal, compliance and governance issues in pharma pricing.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong business analytics and financial analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas.
• Domestic travel ~10%.
• Based in South San Francisco or Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Support US pricing governance (EPC) and cross‑functional decision making.
• Assist B2B negotiations on rebates, discounts and fee structures.
• Develop contracting business‑case models for price governance.
• Provide financial and business analyses across contracts and spend.
• Monitor market‑access KPIs and translate data into insights.
• Create reports for channel access, revenue and rebates.
• Leverage rebate claims and third‑party data to assess pricing dynamics.
• Support distribution‑channel analysis and specialty data validation.
• Provide trend updates to payer management and GVAD teams.
• Develop dashboards to inform decision‑making.
• Be SME on account and channel performance.
• Identify system and process improvements for operational excellence.
