Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Director of Innovation (Innovative Models & External Partnerships) to lead the innovation lifecycle, shaping pricing and access concepts and partnering with external stakeholders to accelerate pilots.

This role collaborates with AI and digital execution teams, translating market signals into actionable opportunities and supporting governance with cross-functional engagement across Pricing, Legal, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or comparable experience.
10+ years in pharma/healthcare with Market Access/Pricing/Commercialization experience.
Strong experience in innovative access or pricing models and external partnerships.
Deep understanding of market access dynamics (PBMs, payer behavior, policy trends).
Ability to translate signals into strategic opportunities and partner with external vendors.

Responsibilities

Build and manage the Innovation Pipeline and provide prioritization support and recommendations.
Lead Innovation Concept Development and incubation of new pricing and access models.
Activate and manage external partnerships with PBMs, benefit consultants, and other partners.
Connect Intelligence to Innovation by turning market signals into opportunities for pilots.
Enable portfolio governance and quarterly reviews with structured inputs and risk assessments.
Collaborate across Access Strategy, Pricing, Legal, Digital/AI, and senior leadership.
