IWCO Direct seeks a Pricing Director to lead pricing strategies across marketing services and print production, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Estimating to develop models, govern guidelines, and drive revenue growth.

The role requires analytic rigor, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and the ability to balance customer value with margins, including detailed scenario analysis and bid support for RFPs.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of pricing/financial analysis experience.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau/SQL preferred.
• MBA, CMA, FP&A credentials preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop pricing models for client engagements across marketing services and print production.
• Analyze customer profitability, pricing trends, and margin performance across products and segments.
• Evaluate financial impact of pricing decisions and recommend profitability strategies.
• Maintain pricing guidelines, governance processes, and approval workflows.
• Conduct competitive pricing analyses and market benchmarking.
• Partner with Sales to structure profitable proposals and renewals.
• Provide pricing support for RFPs, RFQs, and strategic opportunities.
• Build financial models and business cases for large enterprise opportunities.
• Assess volume, production costs, postage, and capacity impact.
