Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a senior pricing-focused analytics role to shape how we price, package, and monetize our SaaS products. You will lead data-driven analyses and collaborate across Product, Analytics, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to drive ARR growth and value realization.

You’ll design experiments, build econometric models, and synthesize research and competitive intelligence into executive recommendations. Strong communication skills are essential for influencing at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years designing or operating SaaS or sophisticated pricing models.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Fluency in SQL and Python for large-scale data analysis; BI tools knowledge.
• Experience with conjoint, MaxDiff, or related surveys and experiments.
• Ability to translate complex models into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze usage, deal, financial, and billing data to model pricing and monetization.
• Design frameworks to assess willingness to pay and price realization across segments.
• Lead pricing strategy for new product launches in partnership with Product, GTM, and Finance.
• Build value-based pricing models and quantify elasticity and ROI.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to measure pricing performance and optimization.
