Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Pricing & Order Operations Analyst to join our Order Operations & Monetization team. This remote role focuses on testing, validation, and execution of pricing and quote-to-cash (QTC) processes across signature packets, bookings, and marketplace offers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, IT, and Billing to ensure pricing changes are ready for launch, document requirements, and maintain UAT test cases. Strong CPQ and testing experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 23 years of experience in pricing operations, order operations, business systems analysis, or quality assurance.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and order management or billing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured testing work.
• Comfort using conversational AI tools, such as Claude or ChatGPT, for daily tasks.
• Clear written communication skills for documenting test cases, defects, and sign-off criteria.
• Proactive and organized, able to work across IT, Pricing and Order Operations, Sales and Deal Desk.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing operations changes through requirements review, data validation, configuration checks, and documentation.
• Validate pricing-related QTC changes across quoting, approvals, discounting, product configuration, and downstream order execution.
• Confirm pricing changes are operationally ready before launch affecting Sales, Deal Desk, Order Operations, Billing, Revenue, and marketplace workflows.
• Prioritize pricing-related test cases and document expected system behavior with RevOps input.
• Maintain Pricing and Order Operations documentation and release-readiness criteria.
