Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Pricing Operations Analyst to support pricing operations changes, test cases, and QTC workflows within a remote team. You will validate pricing logic, assist with documentation, and collaborate with Sales, Deals Desk, IT, and Monetization to ensure accurate quote-to-cash execution.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in pricing/order operations, familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in pricing operations or order operations in an agile environment.
• Experience with quote-to-cash processes.
• Ability to read configuration logic in Salesforce CPQ and related systems.
• Strong attention to detail and testing discipline.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist pricing operations changes through requirement review, data validation, configuration checks, and documentation.
• Validate pricing-related QTC changes across quoting, approvals, discounts, product configuration, and downstream order execution.
• Confirm pricing changes are operationally ready before launch, including impacts to Sales, Deal Desk, Billing, and Revenue.
• Prioritize pricing-related test cases with the Senior Pricing Operations Manager and document expected system behavior.
• Maintain documentation for pricing and order-related system configurations and release-readiness criteria.
