Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related business major.
• Minimum of 2 – 4 years’ related work experience in the Generic Pharmaceutical Industry with a minimum of 1 year of commercial pricing and contracting experience.
• Experience developing and customizing documents from templates.
• Must be able to handle a large volume of transactions and maintain high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and work well within a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint skills required.
• SAP/Vistex experience a plus
• Analytical with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to grasp concepts and ideas quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Quantitative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer contracts and pricing documentation.
• Monitor and execute pricing activities including RFPs, rebates, and contract loads.
• Assist in data collection, financial analysis, and performance reporting.
• Support contract and pricing administration and customer contract activities.
• Open new accounts and maintain customer master data.
• Coordinate with chargeback team and ensure proper memberships.
• Build relationships with wholesalers for contract loading and pricing.
• Prepare documents for new product launches and pricing changes.
• Resolve discrepancies in customer information.
• Review pricing exceptions and assess impact on business.
• Analyze pricing strategies to optimize price, revenue, and margins.
• Maintain competitive Pricing data from external/internal sources.
• Maintain price mailbox and update master contracts.
• Assist finance with gross-to-net calculations and chargeback issues.
• Support customer service with pricing-related inquiries.
• Follow industry standards and company policies.
• Generate bids and sales metrics reports.
• Maintain customer product portals and report trends.
• Resolve complex issues individually or with the team.
• Participate in industry training and special projects.
