Job summary

Zydus Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of Pricing, Contracting, and Operations to lead pricing strategy, contracting frameworks, and operations across our US portfolio.

This role partners with the Value & Access Leadership Team to shape pricing, demonstrate value, and secure patient access for current and future launches. Based in Pennington, NJ, the role requires at least 10 years in managed care, pricing, or contracting, with strong leadership and launch experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience in managed care, pricing, contracting or account management.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical pricing dynamics, including government pricing implications.
• Experience developing and implementing contracting strategies for specialty drug launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop US market pricing and contracting strategies to provide appropriate and financially sound patient access to our product portfolio.
• Utilize payer insights, value evidence and other resources to formulate pricing strategies.
• Lead governance processes and models to support pricing/contracting decisions, including a pricing committee and SOPs.
• Monitor contract performance and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with State Price Transparency Reporting requirements.
