Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in pharma/biotechnology pricing, contracting or account management.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical pricing dynamics and government pricing.
• Experience developing contracting strategies for specialty launches.
• Strong understanding of US market access and payer models.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Therapeutic experience in liver, metabolic or cardiovascular disease is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Develop US market pricing and contracting strategies to provide patient access to our portfolio.
• Utilize payer insights and value evidence to formulate pricing strategies.
• Analyze complex business proposals, model development, and decision drivers in US payer segments.
• Create pricing/value scenarios addressing market evolution, guideline changes, and new tests.
• Lead governance processes for pricing decisions, including SOPs and pricing committee.
• Monitor contract performance and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Implement list price changes in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with Value & Access Team and other divisions for pricing/contracting efforts.
• Lead a team responsible for US contracting strategies.
