Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Strategic Pricing & Contracting PMO Leader to drive process improvements and enterprise transformation across EA Operations, Sales, and Strategy. This onsite role in Austin, TX or Alpharetta, GA focuses on CLM/CPQ integration, governance, and delivering end‑to‑end projects with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years project management with cross-functional initiatives in Pricing & Contracting or Rebates.
• Experience leading complex transformation, process improvement, or technology implementations in regulated industries.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing & contracting process improvement projects to improve turnaround times, efficiency, and capacity.
• Drive enterprise transformation initiatives: standardization, operating model optimization, technology enablement, continuous improvement.
• Facilitate current/future-state design workshops for automation and improved customer experience.
• Leverage lean, six sigma and AI tools to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Own integrated project plans including schedule, scope, risk, resources, and financials.
• Establish governance and executive-level dashboards and reports.
