Crowley is seeking a pricing-focused professional in Jacksonville to create profitable rate proposals and contract offerings for targeted trade lanes. You will review market data, respond to RFPs, and collaborate with freight services, sales and operations to ensure pricing integrity and competitive advantage.

The role requires 2–4 years in pricing or related fields, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, transportation/logistics or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years industry experience, with 1–2 years prior customer service or sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Create profitable and competitive rates and contract proposals for assigned trade lanes and/or customers.
• Review costs and marketing data to develop rate offerings.
• Develop timely responses to RFPs and keep internal teams informed of pricing matters.
• Negotiate with customers or through Crowley Sales Reps to maximize margins.
• Maintain FMC tariffs and rates for assigned trade lanes.
• Produce and maintain cost spreadsheets and pricing tools for pricing personnel.
