Job summary

R+L Global Logistics is seeking a Pricing Analyst to develop and analyze customer pricing strategies across transportation and logistics services. You will work with Sales, Operations, Carrier Procurement, Finance, and Account Management to deliver competitive pricing that protects margins and drives revenue growth.

You will evaluate costs, market conditions, and customer needs to prepare proposals, bids, and strategic recommendations, supporting multi-modal freight pricing across truckload,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in an analytical role supporting customers and operations in 3PL brokerage.
• Experience with bids, RFQs, RFIs, or RFPs for pricing support.
• Familiarity with TMS systems and logistics platforms.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with pricing insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing models and rate structures for multiple services.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations on customer-specific pricing.
• Prepare RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs by analyzing lane data and costs.
• Upload rates into systems and answer rate-related questions.
• Provide lanes and targets for carrier sourcing and contract opportunities.
• Monitor market conditions to support pricing decisions and recommendations.
• Analyze problems and generate actionable pricing improvements.
• Generate reports on pricing performance and cost efficiency.
• Maintain regular attendance as essential for workflow.
