Crowley is seeking a pricing-focused professional in Jacksonville to create profitable rate proposals and contract offerings for targeted trade lanes. You will review market data, respond to RFPs, and collaborate with freight services, sales and operations to ensure pricing integrity and competitive advantage.
The role requires 2–4 years in pricing or related fields, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsible for creating profitable and competitive rates and contract proposals for assigned trade lanes and/or customers.
Bachelor's degree in business, transportation/logistics or equivalent work experience; or a combination of post-high school and equal experience may be substituted for education.
2 - 4 years industry experience, with 1 - 2 years prior customer service or sales experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously. Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment. Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and develop change or alternatives. Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills. Ability to prepare, monitor and administer budgets, as well as the ability to perform financial analysis. Ability to function effectively with, or as part of a team. Ability to identify and/or document existing and new trends, as well as evaluate and predict their impact on the organization. Knowledge of statistical methods and concepts used in pricing model and forecasting. Knowledge of various competitive pricing strategies.
