You will drive strategic initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver executive storytelling and insights to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes centralized strategy, metrics-driven execution, and routine communication of milestones and opportunities. Travel up to 10% may be required to engage with stores and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in business strategy, consulting, project management, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Travel up to 10% for team in-office collaboration to visit our physical stores and understand the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives robust Price & Value strategy forward through storytelling, road mapping, KPI development and measurement.
• Designs scalable processes and methodologies to enhance project and process management effectiveness.
• Develops relationships across the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Supports coordination of financial forecasting and executional success for Price & Value initiatives.
• Advises leadership on best practices and requirements for project and process management.
