CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Price & Value Business Operations & Strategy to lead the pricing and promotions roadmap within the enterprise retail portfolio. You will drive strategic storytelling, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration to support a data-driven, customer-centric pricing strategy.

This role emphasizes developing scalable processes and reporting to senior leadership while coordinating with diverse teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, project management, or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Travel up to 10% for team in-office collaboration to visit our physical stores and understand customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Drives robust Price & Value strategy forward through storytelling, road mapping, KPI development and measurement.
Designs or participates in the design of robust and scalable processes and methodologies to enhance project and process management effectiveness.
Develops relationships across the organization, fostering collaboration, transparency, and alignment throughout the project and process management lifecycle.
Supports functional experts in the coordination of technological capability development, financial forecasting and management, executional success and executive storytelling.
Advises the leadership team on best practices, industry standards, and organization-specific requirements for project and process management.
