CVS Health, a leading health care retailer, is seeking a Senior Manager for Price & Value Innovation. The role drives holistic price and value strategies, partnering with Finance, IT and Marketing to accelerate growth in sales units and customer trips.

The team emphasizes analytics, data-driven decision making, and development of reporting tools to support promotional activities across CVS Health’s stores and online channels. 40 hours weekly full-time role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in retail analytics or related field.
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous, innovative environment, learn quickly and think critically.
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python, XML, Oracle, SQL; experience with Tableau/PowerBI.
• Experience with ETL and data modeling; transformation and loading processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep customer and market analyses to develop insights and recommendations.
• Build category-level, customer-centric price and value plans.
• Analyze customer segments and behavior to identify pricing opportunities.
• Develop and improve promotional analytics tools and dashboards for CVS Health.
• Analyze market conditions and produce reports for regional and online markets.
• Manage large datasets and SQL-based processes for reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and Marketing to align outputs with goals.
• Oversee legacy dashboards used across the Price Value department.
