CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Price & Value Business Operations & Strategy to drive the strategy and roadmaps for the Price & Value portfolio. The role focuses on centralizing strategy, reporting insights to senior management, and enabling organizational alignment across initiatives.

The position emphasizes storytelling, KPI development, and scalable process design to support forecasting, execution, and executive communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in business strategy, consulting, project management, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Travel - Up to 10%, for team-in office collaboration to visit our stores and understand the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives robust Price & Value strategy forward through storytelling, road mapping, KPI development and measurement.
• Designs or participates in the design of robust and scalable processes and methodologies to enhance project and process management effectiveness.
• Develops relationships across the organization, fostering collaboration, transparency, and alignment throughout the project and process management lifecycle.
• Supports functional experts in coordinating capability development, financial forecasting and management, executional success and executive storytelling to drive Price & Value.
• Advises the leadership team on best practices, industry standards, and organization-specific requirements for project and process management.
