- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Technical proficiency in Python, XML, Oracle, SQL, PowerBI, ML & predictive modeling
- ETL processes and data modeling experience
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Perform deep customer and market analyses to drive category insights and growth
- Build category-level price and value plans
- Analyze customer segments and behavior to optimize pricing and promos
- Develop and improve marketing analytics tools for campaigns
- Manage dashboards and reports to track KPIs across Merchandising categories
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Marketing to align outputs with goals
- Deliver insights and recommendations to optimize promotional strategies
