UKG is seeking a Technology Consultant (Presales) to act as a strategic technical advisor during the sales cycle for enterprise customers. You will bridge business and technology discussions, design future‑state solution strategies, and demonstrate how technology solutions fit within complex environments.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solution Consultants, Product Management, and Professional Services to drive outcomes and accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Engage with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders to understand strategic initiatives, transformation objectives, and technology roadmaps.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to identify business challenges, technical requirements, organizational priorities, and success criteria.
• Design high‑level and detailed solution recommendations tailored to customer requirements and business objectives.
• Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), security reviews, and technical due diligence requests.
