Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a Solution Architect to lead technical and consultative sales support across customer pursuits. You will work with Account Executives and Client Success Managers to define solutions, tailor demos, and position POC strategies to advance opportunities.

The role emphasizes expertise in CX technologies, especially contact center and CRM platforms, with engaging presentations and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related discipline preferred or equivalent IT experience.
• Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills required.
• Experience with CX and contact center technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in new and existing customer pursuits, providing technical and consultative sales support.
• Prepare tailored demos, data-driven stories and POC strategies.
• Contribute to pursuit strategy, quotes, and SOWs with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver presentations and demos to large audiences, in-person or remote.
• Maintain expertise in CX technologies and partner offerings.
