In collaboration with Account Executives, you will define pursuit strategy and scope, while maintaining deep expertise in CX, contact center, CRM, and TTEC Digital offerings to translate technical concepts into tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in IT with contact center or CRM tech.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and technical communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and work independently.
