UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant in Vermont. You will partner with sales to understand customer needs, craft tailored solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations of UKG HR, Pay, and Workforce Management.

You’ll guide prospects from discovery to close, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring successful engagements across industries. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Competenze

• 2+ years in Presales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Professional Services or Sales in a tech role.
• Experience presenting software solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with ability to map tech to business outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of engaging all org levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
