Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator to keep RMCI's Preconstruction and Estimating teams organized, informed, and moving efficiently. This role manages document control, supports bid and pursuit efforts, and ensures coordination across internal teams and external partners.

• Experience in construction admin, preconstruction, estimating, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam and CRM preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with cross-functional teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preconstruction activities and document control.
• Support bid and pursuit efforts and track file organization.
• Manage CRM leads and assist business development.
• Serve as DocuSign admin for contracts and NDAs.
