• Take ownership of incoming bid invitations: download, organize, distribute, and version-control drawings and documents.

• Assist with prequalification and proposal documentation, including contract records and alerts.
• Keep document workflows orderly and accessible in the company system.
• Input new opportunities into the CRM with accurate project details and deadlines.
• Track milestones and update CRM entries through the preconstruction lifecycle.
