You will drive information flow across estimating, documentation, and CRM systems in a fast-paced team environment. The role emphasizes integrity, professional communication, and collaborative problem-solving to ensure accurate preconstruction data and timely bid execution on projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Intermediate experience with CRM technologies (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of incoming bid invitations, organize and distribute documents.
• Input opportunities into CRM and track milestones throughout the preconstruction lifecycle.
• Maintain bid schedules, coordinate reviews, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and operations staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve document workflows and data management.
