Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead the estimating and proposal functions for complex electrical projects.

You will partner with leadership, operations, and clients to deliver accurate cost assessments, competitive bids, and preconstruction support while driving quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership of a high-performing estimating team, effective preconstruction planning, and the ability to communicate
