Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Intermediate experience with CRM technologies (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Experience with bid coordination, proposals, and preconstruction processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of incoming bid invitations and manage documents across drawings, specs, addenda, and related items.
• Input new opportunities into CRM with accurate project details and milestones.
• Maintain organized bid schedules, reminders, and follow-ups to support timely pursuits.
• Collaborate with estimators and leadership to schedule bid reviews and maintain data integrity.
