Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME), part of Quanta Services, seeks a detail-oriented Preconstruction Coordinator to support bids, qualifications, proposals, and presentations with organized, ethical processes.

This role thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and offers a path to impact our projects nationwide. You will manage document control, CRM data, and bid workflows, coordinate with estimators and project teams, and help improve prequalification systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Intermediate CRM experience; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Information & Document Management: manage bid drawings, specs, addenda, and docs.
• CRM Data Integrity & Project Setup: input opportunities and maintain data hygiene.
