Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field required.

Responsibilities

Deliver project feasibility, scope, schedule and budget documents for executive approval.
Lead development of scoping with stakeholders and conduct value engineering when needed.
Direct pre-development activities with internal teams and external consultants.
Grow and manage a vendor pool; onboard qualified vendors and contractors early.
Develop and maintain preconstruction templates, schedules, and estimating tools.
Perform other duties to support efficient department operations.
