Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation is seeking a Manager, Administration & Operations to lead a team through data driven decision making, navigate tribal policies, and partner with HR on staff training and compliance.

This role oversees budgets, shared services, records, and reports to the Education Board, ensuring accurate communications and effective operations across the Education Department.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of admin, operational, and financial support at management level.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience managing multiple staff.
• Experience in a school environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data driven decision making across budgets and reporting.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure program compliance and administer systems.
• Prepare reports for Education Board and leadership.
• Oversee department documents and confidential student records.
• Manage shared services and tribal communications for Education Department.
• Support WASC processes and self-study reporting.
