Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field required.
• 10+ years in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Construction Management with large, diverse projects.
• 8+ years vendor management and/or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project feasibility, scope, schedule, and budget documentation for executive approval.
• Develop and maintain cost and schedule databases; create portfolio schedule templates.
• Direct pre-development activities and manage internal/external teams and consultants.
• Evaluate and onboard vendors; ensure contract requirements are understood.
• Develop standardized preconstruction templates and estimating tools.
