Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic accounts in our Power Transmission business, including Duke Energy. You will own the commercial relationship, drive growth, and ensure winning, timely outcomes through collaboration with product and service teams.

This role requires travel, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into effective solutions. You will operate with autonomy and build executive-level partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in power transmission or utility industry.
• Ability to travel 20–50% of the time to customer sites and regional offices.
• Proven track record in complex deal closing and negotiating favorable terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales strategy for defined territory, including Duke Energy.
• Independently manage and execute commercial arrangements and contracts.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities with data-driven growth plans.
• Analyze complex business challenges to drive best-in-class solutions.
