Jobbeschreibung

Core Responsibilities:

1. Lead workforce planning activities to ensure organizational capacity aligns with current priorities, strategic objectives, and anticipated future demand. Analyze resource utilization, capacity constraints, and workforce trends to support hiring strategies, resource allocation decisions, and long-term planning.
2. Support financial planning processes, including budget development, forecasting, variance analysis, and ongoing financial performance monitoring. Provide financial insights and governance to help ensure effective allocation of resources, transparency of spending, and alignment with business objectives.
3. Facilitate portfolio planning and prioritization activities, helping leaders evaluate competing initiatives, resource demands, risks, and business value. Develop business cases, investment analyses, and data-driven recommendations to support strategic investment and funding decisions.
4. Define and monitor executive reporting, performance metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators that provide visibility into organizational health and strategic progress. Synthesize complex operational, financial, and portfolio data into meaningful insights and executive-ready communications.
5. Partner with leadership to support strategic planning, operational goal setting, and execution of business priorities. Coordinate planning activities, governance processes, and operating rhythms to ensure alignment between strategy, financial objectives, and organizational execution.
6. Identify opportunities to improve planning, governance, reporting, and operational processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and business value. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, streamline decision-making, and support achievement of strategic objectives.
