Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required; business, public policy, health administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of project management experience and three years of staff management.
• Experience with legislative processes and stakeholder relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and manages multiple ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to scope and schedule.
• Interacts with senior managers and stakeholders to align plans and objectives.
• Supervises staff and analyzes legislative impacts on department programs.
• Develops procedures to address changes and clarifies issues across teams.
• Participates in testimony before legislative groups on project status.
