Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services in Austin is seeking a Program Specialist V to provide foundational portfolio and project coordination, oversight documentation, reporting, and compliance support within the IT Customer Experience & Delivery organization. You will translate oversight expectations into actionable guidance and support effective project controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in writing, editing, and presenting project deliverables.
• Degree from a 4-year university is preferred.
• Experience with Information Technology projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Development, Quality Control, and Approval Routing for oversight.
• Compliance Reporting and Coordination with QAT/SPAR requirements.
• Portfolio Monitoring, Controls Support, and risk/issue escalation.
• Performance Reporting, Data Quality Assurance, and toolset expertise.
• Project management support, intake pipeline, and continuous improvement.
