Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific/technical/finance field required or equivalent.
• MBA strongly preferred for leadership/strategic roles.
• 5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy or analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and targets for inorganic growth with focus on nutrition, MedTech and biopharmaceuticals.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams from due diligence to board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment and prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Manage portfolio analysis and scenario modeling for new business areas.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Lead and manage inorganic opportunities through all phases, from identification to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
