Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field is required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy or analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, and companies/assets to identify inorganic growth targets.
• Lead projects with due diligence, business case, and approvals through execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for Fresenius management to align priorities.
• Model target valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Manage inorganic opportunities across all phases from identification to execution.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver corporate projects.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
• Use market insights to inform strategy and future direction.
