Job summary

Associa Sierra North in Reno, NV is seeking a Portfolio Community Manager to oversee multiple communities. You will work with boards of directors, homeowners, vendors, and staff to implement community initiatives and manage operations with a hospitality approach and financial acumen.

The role requires coordinating with committees, maintaining budgets, and ensuring governance per policies. On-site presence in Reno with standard business hours and potential evening HOA meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and professional business communication.
• Knowledge of communities, property, real estate, and homeowners associations.
• Ability to interact with boards, homeowners, vendors, and staff professionally and confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the Association per management agreement and policies.
• Act as liaison with the Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Attend committee meetings and assist in developing goals for Board review.
• Develop and use community management tools (calendar, budgets, etc.).
• Review monthly financials and report to the Board.
