You will learn budgeting basics, build relationships with HOA boards and vendors, and progress toward licensure while receiving mentorship and licensing support.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer service, administration, hospitality, property management, or similar field.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Interest in long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Managers with homeowner communication and service requests.
• Assist with HOA meeting coordination, board packets, and documentation.
• Learn financial basics (budgets, invoices, reporting).
• Build relationships with HOA boards, residents and vendors.
• Assist with ARB application processing and on-site inspections.
• Gradually take on a small portfolio as you progress.
• Other duties as assigned
