Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc. is seeking an Analyst to support the Office of the CIO across strategic portfolio management, organizational change management, and M&A initiatives.

You'll provide analysis, governance, and coordination to ensure technology investments deliver measurable value. Working with IT leaders and project teams, you will develop dashboards, generate executive materials, and drive stakeholder alignment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent capability.
• Strong analytical foundation and data translation into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with IT leadership.
• Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and independent progress in ambiguity.
• Excel and PowerPoint used for executive materials and storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate strategic portfolio management activities including demand management and risk monitoring.
• Develop portfolio dashboards and executive reporting materials for visibility into initiatives.
• Perform data analysis to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Drive stakeholder follow-through and action tracking to completion.
• Coordinate organizational change management activities and adoption measurement.
• Establish OCM processes and tools for governance and communications.
• Deliver analysis and reporting for M&A integration efforts across IT workstreams.
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions for improvement.
• Support OCIO leadership with ad hoc analyses and planning activities.
