Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) seeks a Sr. Portfolio Operations Lead to drive recurring portfolio management and reporting. You will own critical processes, validate data, manage resources, and enable senior leaders to focus on strategic planning and decision support.

You will collaborate with Portfolio Strategy, Data & Analytics, Finance, and Program Delivery to strengthen operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, scalability, and continuous improvement within a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.
4–7 years in portfolio operations, business operations, operational reporting, or related function.
Ability to independently own recurring operational processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to identify operational risks, gaps, and exceptions and drive resolution with limited oversight.
Experience collecting, validating, consolidating, and maintaining information from multiple stakeholders.
Strong data acumen to inform improvements and assess process health.
Experience producing high-quality portfolio or operational reporting.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of process improvements increasing efficiency and quality.
Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
Experience with enterprise apps like Jira, ServiceNow, OnePlan, Power Apps.

Responsibilities

Independently own and execute recurring portfolio operational processes.
Collect, validate, consolidate, and maintain portfolio information from multiple sources.
Own resource management activities, including estimates, actuals, and cost reporting.
Administer Time Editor processes and related communications.
Produce recurring portfolio reports and ensure outputs are accurate and decision-ready.
Develop and maintain operational controls, templates, and work instructions.
Monitor operations, identify gaps, and drive follow-up with stakeholders.
Partner to translate needs into requirements and test tooling enhancements.
Identify and implement standardization and simplification improvements.
Maintain operational knowledge, documentation, and training materials.
Use data trends to assess health and drive improvements.
