Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, IT project/portfolio management, organizational change management, business analysis, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate strategic portfolio management activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and executive reporting.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Drive stakeholder follow-through and action tracking.
• Coordinate and deliver organizational change management activities.
• Support M&A integration reporting and governance.
