The role requires a 2–3 year track record in IT/consulting, strong data skills, and experience with dashboards and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2–3 years in management consulting, IT project/portfolio management, organizational change management, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytics, structured problem solving, and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with IT leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and ability to progress work independently.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management to drive inputs, decisions, and deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Execute and coordinate strategic portfolio management activities, including demand management, portfolio reporting, risk monitoring, and value realization.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, executive reporting, governance and decision materials, and action tracking.
• Perform data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations from project and portfolio data.
• Drive stakeholder follow-through by gathering inputs and tracking actions and deadlines.
• Coordinate and execute organizational change management activities, including stakeholder analysis and adoption measurement.
• Establish and maintain OCM processes and tools for change networks and communication calendars.
• Coordinate and deliver analysis and reporting for M&A integration activities.
