Job summary

ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager for our Pooled Employer Plan partnerships. You will develop, onboard, and maintain relationships with RS' institutional partners for Pooled Plan programs, acting as liaison to ensure mutual success and satisfaction at senior levels.

You’ll engage in consultative relationships with investment partnerships and fiduciary relationships, handling varied questions with tailored solutions. A strong training and mentoring program supports your success in weeks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Relationship Management or related experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of retirement plan administration—especially Pooled Plan requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with potential new Pooled Plan partners to discuss ADP Pooled Plan solutions/options.
• Manage onboarding for new Pooled Plan partners, including investment and marketing material needs.
• Serve as key ADP contact for assigned partners’ decision maker and/or senior executive responsible for ADP Pooled Plan relationship.
• Focus on strategic success and partner satisfaction of the Pooled Plan programs.
• Conduct quarterly Pooled Plan comprehensive business reviews with clients.
• Communicate and oversee resolution of Pooled Plan product issues with ADP entities; communicate areas of satisfaction or improvement.
• Understand partner’s Pooled Plan retirement business strategy and needs.
• Negotiate Pooled Plan contracts with new partners.
• Ensure partners understand ADP's position and objectives of our Pooled Plan programs.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely records on partner activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
